Wafaa Al Baz has over 25 years of experience in the education and career guidance sector. She has held leadership positions as a supervisor and manager at prestigious educational institutions such as Kingdom Schools, Mawhiba Foundation, King Saud University, and Prince Sultan University, where she was responsible for student affairs and development programs. She has a deep passion for learning and development and has trained more than 10,000 individuals in leadership, management, and skills development. She has also provided career and human resources consulting to numerous organizations, in addition to conducting hundreds of counselling sessions using advanced psychometric tools such as Birkman and Harrison.
