Sherif El Ebrashy

Sherif El-Ebrashy has been the former Staffing & Development Manager for ExxonMobil Egypt since the merge between Exxon and Mobil in 2000 until his official retirement in 2010; his responsibility included recruitment and development of the affiliate's employees as well as providing regional support to the African region. During the two years before the merge, Sherif was the Mobil Africa Skills Development Advisor and the Manager for the Africa Training Center in Cairo with full responsibility to initiate and conduct plans to support the developmental and leadership plans for the 1500 employees of the 25 Affiliates in the African Content. Following Sherif's retirement period from 2010 until 2017, his experience was needed to support ExxonMobil Iraq Ltd. Sherif has a Bachelor's Degree in Travel Agency Management, Faculty of Tourism & Hotels, Helwan University. Since joining Mobil Oil Egypt in 1972.
