She had worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for 10 years, as a Senior Consultant, one of the largest consulting & auditing international firms where she led and participated in several projects in Egypt and the Arab Region. also held a number of senior positions heading Human Resources activities and supporting the Senior Management in strategy implementation and change management. She is a certified trainer by the Egyptian Banking Institute, a certified expert in behavioral assessment from Saville in the United Kingdom.
