Prof. Dr. Ashraf Salah El-Din

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Salah El Din is Professor of Applied Economics and Finance and Vice President at the Institute of National Planning. With over 30 years of experience across the MENA region, he holds a Ph.D. from Manchester University and has taught at AASTMT, AUC, and ESLSCA. He has published extensively on foreign investment, banking, and financial inclusion. He is also a certified trainer and consultant for public and private institutions, including UNIDO, IMC, and the Kuwaiti Ministry of Planning. He has held several academic leadership roles and was appointed VP of INP in 2022.
