Dr. AbdulHai is the Chairman of Mega Consulting and a Board Member of a group of publicly listed companies. He has over thirty years of experience across various fields. He has served as a consultant for numerous government entities and private sector organizations, specializing in change strategy development, customer experience enhancement, and human capital strategy formulation. Additionally, he has delivered specialized training programs in leadership and strategy for various companies and institutions in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Dr. AbdelHai holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Kingston University, UK, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bristol University, UK.
