Naglaa Fawzy Hassan

Naglaa Hassan is a senior educational consultant and instructional design leader with over 25 years of experience across higher education, executive education, and national education reform. She holds a Master’s degree in International and Comparative Education from the American University in Cairo, along with post-graduate diplomas and professional certifications in Smart Learning, Curriculum Design, AI in Business, and Executive Leadership. She currently serves as Head of the Instructional Design Unit at the Executive Education School of Business and previously held the role of Associate Director of NonDegree Programs at AUC’s Graduate School of Education. Naglaa has contributed to largescale reform initiatives with USAID and specializes in instructional leadership, curriculum design, digital learning, and leadership development.
