Eng. Hisham Mahmoud Abouelrouse

Eng. Hisham Mahmoud Abouelrouse is a Civil and Structural Engineer with more than 40 years of experience in design, supervision, execution, and project management. Since graduating from Cairo University in 1983, he has led major industrial, residential, infrastructure, and specialized projects across Egypt. He is the Founder and former General Manager of the Egyptian Building Institution, established in 1996, and has worked with multinational companies, government entities, military bodies, and private-sector clients. His expertise combines field execution, quality control, contracting strategy, and practical business growth.
