Dina Salah Aly Ghazaly

Despite originally obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy Cairo University, Dina Ghazaly pursued her dream in the Human Resources field with quite a remarkable Training and Development experience in the automotive industry and now became an HR Manager in one of the top Marketing and Advertising agencies in Cairo. Dina Ghazaly has diversified experience in the field of training and organization development from 2012 till now. In addition to the practical Experience; Dina is an Associate CIPD, Certified KPI Professional, certified organization designer, certified assessor, and holds an MBA degree in global management major from ESLSCA Business School. Dina led multiple consultation projects with a focus on organization restructure, performance management system, reward systems, and HR practices implementation.
