Rawan Medhat

Rawan Medhat is a pharmacist and Medical Education Specialist with experience in training healthcare professionals across inpatient and clinical settings. She specializes in designing, implementing, and evaluating medical education and training programs that support both professional development and organizational goals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Misr International University in Cairo and is a certified BLS Instructor by the American Heart Association (AHA), as well as a certified Trainer of Trainers (TOT) from ESLSCA. Rawan is skilled in public speaking, hospital pharmacy, management, and medical education program development. Throughout her experience, she has coordinated training sessions, workshops, and continuing professional development activities, collaborated with hospital leadership, monitored staff performance, and evaluated learning outcomes while ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and hospital policies.
