Mohamed Ahmed Fouad is an executive, economic, and public policy researcher. He worked at Charles Schwab and JPMorgan Private Bank. in the United States. He also served as Vice President of Xceed and held the position of Egypt Operations Director for Concentrix. He is currently Senior Vice President at COPC Inc., where he leads training, consulting, and operational improvement engagements for global companies and government institutions across EMEA and other international markets. He is also the CEO of Misr Measurement & Control and serves on the boards of several industrial, service, and public-sector companies. Fouad is a member of the Macroeconomic Committee within the Prime Minister’s specialized advisory committees. He is an elected Member of Parliament in 2026, a member of Parliament’s Economic Committee, and has contributed extensively to macroeconomic and public finance debates through research papers, policy writings, and media commentary. He is the author of Kite Economy and supervises El Adl Center for Public Policy Studies. He is also active in community service, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Forset Hayah Foundation for children with rare diseases, and is involved with Lions Egypt.
