About this course

It is a fact that improving employee performance has a direct positive impact on the business. This 5-lectures course will focus on how Human Performance Improvement HPI is a results-based, systematic process used to diagnose, analyze individual performance issues and provide a workable solution to address unique performance issues. These performance issues are attributed to a lack of training and how training improves individuals' knowledge or skills and behavior. In contrast, performance improvement aims to improve individual and organizational performance concerning organizational goals.

Course requirements and prerequisites

This course is for workers with experience in human resources, so basic knowledge of the principles of HR, organizational development (OD), Learning and development (L&D), training, facilitation is required.
