About this course

Using the internet has been essential in our lives; however, it can negatively impact us if we don't pay enough attention to how we use it. In this training course, you will learn about the essential ways needed to improve your relationship with the internet and use it in a more positive, and less intrusive way, types of internet addiction, why people become addicted to the internet, and internet addiction disorder diagnosis (IAD).
