About this course

In this course, you will learn the basics of project management, get an overview of Agile and why is Agile used. You will be introduced to the Agile Manifesto, learn about the 12 Agile principles, learn some Agile practices, and how teams can self-organize themselves. You will also learn the time-limit technique to get your work done easily.
