In this course, we will learn the basic concepts of work ethics behaviors, their sources, and their impact on developing fruitful work relations. You will also learn the employees' behavioral obligations towards their workplace and the employer's obligations towards employees, navigating conflict of interest, what you should consider and what to avoid. Most importantly, you will learn how to develop a positive work enviroment through an effective code of conduct.
