What should the sample video include?

The sample video should be 3–5 minutes long and should demonstrate the course content and key ideas. To receive comprehensive feedback, you should appear on camera while presenting, with some slide insertions or visual presentations, following our guidelines.

When should I expect to get feedback on my sample video?

The content team will review the sample video and get back to you with feedback within 5 working days.

What is the process after sending the sample video?

After sending the sample video, you will go through the following steps: 1. The Content Team will review the sample video and provide you with one of the following outcomes: Accepted, Rejected, or Requires Edits. 2. If the sample video requires edits, you will be asked to make the requested changes and submit a final sample. 3. Once the sample video is approved, you will produce the full course while maintaining the same quality as the approved sample video. 4. Once you complete the course, you will send us the following required files: • Course outline in English and Arabic • Mentor profile in English and Arabic • A high-quality photo with a solid background

When can I review and sign the contract?

Once you complete the course, we will share the contract with you for review and signature. You will receive a signed copy from us.

Can I request to review the contract at an earlier stage?

We can share a draft of the contract with you for review. If you have any questions, our Acquisitions Team will be happy to assist.

Should I appear in the whole course, or can I use a screencast model with voiceover?

It depends on the course content. If the course is practical and relies more on visual presentations and tools, you can produce it using the screencast format with voice-over.

How do I get paid? What is the revenue share for the self-produced courses?

The revenue share is calculated at 50% of the total active subscription fees that are based on the number of viewed minutes per one course versus the total number of viewed minutes during the same period.

Should the content be edited only through “Camtasia”?

Camtasia is a recommended editing tool, but you are free to use any other editing software, as long as the final production meets our quality standards.

How many courses am I allowed to produce through your platform?

There is no limit to the number of courses a mentor can produce, as long as each course is approved.

Do you provide media services? Can you assist with the editing phase?

We can recommend our media partners (studios) to assist with filming and editing.

Can I refer another instructor to you?

Yes, you can refer another instructor to us. Please share their contact details with the relevant team, and we will get in touch with them regarding the Selfie model.

Can I do any updates to my course after release (add more lectures, material)?

You can request updates to your course after release to keep the content rich and up to date. Any updates will be reviewed and approved before being added to the course.
